本人有一天行街突然左腳底上部份中間打直扯住痛，我沒有理會繼續行。第二天早上腳底還是痛，於是晚上塗了冬青膏之類的藥膏，雖然後來該部位沒有痛，但卻變成整隻左腳底在街上行路覺痛，連腳趾公都痛，再過幾天，連右腳整隻腳底在街上行路覺痛，跟着再過十多天後，連在家裏行路都覺痛。這是2014年十月底發生，我有吃過以下的消淡藥及藥膏，近月還著了Dr. Kong 的鞋墊，且近來吃了Naproxen 250 mg消淡止痛藥，不過前二天右腳底上部份中間打直扯住痛，要塗metsa藥膏才可短暫行路頂住先，請問有什麼建議 (中年過瘦，腳底很薄，之前可能行得比較多路，又多穿平底鞋，在Dr. Kong 檢查過話我輕度扁平足。啫喱鞋墊可矯正扁平足嗎?有什麼消炎藥及藥膏試可試?九龍區有什麼好醫生?謝謝你們的建議。
1. Difenol 50mg ,Diclofenac diethylamine composition 痛速靈止痛膏
2 Celebrex (celecoxib capsules) 200mg, norgesic , 藥膏:metsa
3. Naproxen 250 mg

這是行得多,傷了腳底條筋膜發炎,
治療方法,
1-到醫療用品店或國貨公司,買一合艾條,用艾條興腳板.艾條很大陣味,要開大抽氣扇,在廚房內,要小心艾氣未熄,用鐵器盛載.免火警.
2.晚間用熱水浸腳.
如果無好轉要看醫生.
