log 27(base) y=(m)[log 9(base) x]+cm=1/3
log 27(base) y=0
log 9(base) x=-3
0=(1/3)(-3)+c
c=1
log 27(base) y=(1/3)[log 9(base) x]+1
(log y)/(log27)=(log x)/(3 log 9) +1
(log y)/(3 log 3)=(log x)/(6 log 3) +1
2 log y =log x+6 log 3
log y^2=log x +log 3^6
y^2=729x
y=27 x^0.5
