其實這條真是無頭緒，句意本身不是"conditional"，因為John表示本身已是喜愛English drama.除非「他本身不喜歡而假如他是女仔他便應該會喜歡」這種假設性的conditional才有得寫。John would enjoy English draam if he was a girl.
以上只是反問出題的人，其實真想改寫甚麼。
