Cheap camera for a festival?

Ok so I m going to Download this year, and want a cheap camera to get some pics of me and my mates. But not something too expensive, incase it gets lost or broke.

Buy an old 10MP point and shoot off Ebay.

Sounds like a disposable one-time use camera is the answer to your situation.

I'd buy used - you'll save money and most likely get something better than what you'd get new for the same price. Stick with the top brands like Olympus, Pentax, Sony, Canon and Nikon and you'll get a decent camera.

If you get a good belt pouch, and maybe a mini-carabiner to help secure it to a belt loop, you could get a good camera and not break or lose it.
Get a Panasonic LX7 and you would have a wide aperture and a sensor that can turn up the ISO a bit without looking like hell, and then you could get some actual good pictures.
