1a. no air pollution, renewable resoureces2. require a large piece of land
not also with strong wind in HK
noise pollution for residents
may disturb the flying birds nearby
high cost for 維修
unstable (wind too strong-->the 風車cannot work, wind too weak-->not strong enough to get the 風車move)
