請問cannot be held captive的captive是形容詞當主詞補語嗎？
captive是原來的「受詞補語」，在動詞由主動改為被動後，原受詞chimpanzees 變成句子的主詞，但「受詞補語」留在原地。主動時是：People cannot hold those two chimpanzees captive...
和下列這種用法相同嗎
Tim(主詞) was caught cheating(主詞補語V-ing) on the test.
這裡的cheating也是留在原地的「受詞補語」。
