I fell yesterday and my helmet made pretty strong contact with the ice. Should I replace it after one fall?

Does it look damaged? Cracks, misshapen, etc. If yes, then yeah replace it

Depends on if the helmet appears damaged often helmets are designed to take more then one hit.
