是否應補簽合約?~~急~~

已在公司工作7年，合約以每年計(遂年簽)，但上年因轉新老板，至今仍未簽約(已過9個月)，本人近日有意辭職，但仍未遞信，而老板「偶然」發現仍未簽約，想我補簽，我是否應該簽?

1.其實補簽合約都唔係一件壞事...只係睇下你自已點諗..有無意思想繼續係間公司到做...2.補簽合約只係想保障僱主及僱傭..
