A notice from the employer confirming the departure of the employee is needed.
In other word, a notice stating that the employee has resigned from the company with the effective date is sufficient.

有醫生証明信一封,然後找家人去民政署辦就得啦.最好是他本人啦,早幾年我是用這方法領取的.

唔關僱主事，僱員可以自己搞，僱主出解僱信就可以。
