Blue cross 智得寵加 loading

本人買了Blue cross 智得寵保險，上年狗狗睇了幾次醫生，剛收到續保通知，耍加LOADING 60%，原因係：due to claim history。但我搵返上年份保單睇，其中有一段寫：The renewal premium shall be reviewed by the company annually based on various factors including but not limited to the age of the insured pet and the claim experience.
