你要去金鐘辦理，酒店名隨便作，園山都可以。

I have the same problem. This situation started yesterday morning.
I have sent an email to 知識+ 管理員 yesterday afternoon, but have got no reply.
Suggest that you can send an email to 知識+ 管理員 too, so as to alert them!!!
Also hope that 本週之星 can lend a hand,as he is always 「世紀橋王 」!!
