I always discard chkdsk because I worried to my computer that after chkdsk, my computer was become slower. In now, I always encounter that my skype.exe is corrupted file. I always open to "My Computer" that my free memory on drive C is 9.40 gb. in the next day, my problem is why my Drive C free memory decrease to 9.19 gb remaining free memory ?

Always let chkdsk finish, it is activated because windows has detected errors on the hard disk.
It will repair any and ultimately get your hard drive working as well as it can. If it finds a large number of bad sectors then you may need to replace your hard disk.

If the hard drive seems okay, then any corruption can largely be fixed by yourself, for instance with skype a simple reinstall should do the trick.

As for the hard drive space this will always fluctuate a small amount as the hard drive is also used to store a lot of temporary files whilst using windows and various programs.

Assuming the hard drive is okay (do not do any of this if it is showing a lot of errors and bad sectors) you may wish to run disk defrag as use a program called ccleaner. These will clear out your hard disk of all temporary files wasting space and 're-organise' the files so that hard drive is in a healthier state.

If you are running a Windows OS, then you free space on the drive will decrease as you will have a lot of Temporary Internet files and other stuff that will use space. Also check your system restore and see if it had created any new restore points as that will decrease the free space. I don't know what size your drive is, but 9.4 GB is not a lot of space left. You might try a defrag and see if that will help and also run a virus scan and see if it picks up any tracking cookies and other junk that can be deleted.

CHKDSK checks the integrity of your Hard drive, there may be bad sectors which aren't being repaired because you keep skipping it. Letting it run will probably make your PC faster, not slower.

Chkdsk is there for a reason - windows has detected some corruption on the hard drive. It will not slow down the computer and if it keeps on popping up may indicate that the drive is failing
initially run chkdsk again from the command line chkdsk /f/r

If it finds a lot of bad sectors or errors I would replace the drive
