回鄉證是公安出入管理發？證是不是他們發。如果是，會唔會再對發的證資料再確認再發證？我大頭蝦一個。填表時，中英文名字正確，手續上確認營幕上忘了確認英文名，只確認了中文。應可點做？

1. In the past, the permit was issued by the Division of Exit and Entry Administration of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department (廣東省公安廳部出入境管理局).

The permit is now issued by the Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security ((國家) 公安部出入境管理局).

2. There is nothing you can do now until your new permit has been issued.

But it is certain that if CTS has not retained a copy of the name change decree, the name is going to be incorrect (as it is based on your verification).
