改名回鄉證取證遇到問題

取回鄉證時，發現英文沒有改，只有中文名已更正。應點做呀？？？又要重新申請？？？點算呀？？？知道朋友，請解答！感謝你！

Unless you have received your new permit, there is nothing you can do now.In most of the case, you will have to pay the fee again.
