收到來自人事處之通知，2015年下學年將有數位新成員加入大學，茲通知閣下在未來一至兩週，新成員將會被安排與閣下使用同一宿舍單位。從本月尾至明年1月上旬，我處會委派校工到宿舍房間內進行清潔及佈置，敬請閣下留意並將個人重要物品妥善保管。
請閣下與新成員共同處理水費、電費、石油氣費以及網絡費用，我處將不便介入。

We have received notification from the Personnel Office,
the next academic year in 2015,
several new members will be joining our University.
Hereby informing you that in the coming two weeks,
the new members will be arranged to share the
same hostel quarters with you.
From the end of this month to early January next year,
our office will be appoint janitor staffs to clean and
furnished for the hostel rooms.
Please note that you should pay attention and safekeeping
for your personnel belongings.
Please handling the water charges, electricity bills,
petroleum charges and network costs with the new members,
our office will be inconvenient to intervene.
