Something similar like ''bello''. ''Hey bello''. It means nice but it's also used to greet someone, draw attention (sounds a little rude with a cartain tone) or instead be gentle..

Dude. There's no equivalent. If Italians want to speak American slang, they speak American slang.
If you're talking about the original meaning (a dandy), the word is bellimbusto.
