1. There is nothing A can do.

a. Most people, as a practice, ignore any notices or demands from a law firm.

b. Even a case has been filed, A's boss must prove that A bears some responsibilities in this case resulting any damages.

It is simply not the case.

2. The only way is a court's injunction (as it takes a while for the police to respond).

假若對話曾有恐嚇成份, 其實可以報警求助!
