approval, according to a list as followings: ...

In addition, in order to cope with accounting department for
proper arrangements of contractual matter, we would like to
request the department heads to submit the list of colleagues
who would like to apply for the petty cash by May 4,
accounting department will notify the department for collecting
application forms later on.

現通知各部門主管，你們申請的零用現金申請已獲得最后審批，跟據如下的列表，
另外，為配合會計部妥善安排合約事宜，，需要申請零用現金的同事名單，請各部門主管於5月4日前提交，會計部稍后將通知各部門領取。
This is to inform all the head of departments that all the applications of petty cash have been approved finally and be according to the list as follows
In addition, all the head of departments should cooperate and hand in their detailed list of staff on or before May 4th to the Accounting department so as to facilitate the process. And then, in turn the accounting department will inform all the heads to collect the petty cash for their staff.
