宜家我心諗Tom 無物學歷點解搵咁多錢，點解我咁高學歷搵咁少錢，我都想好似Tom 搵咁多錢，想問問係lee 一個過程可唔可以用"I am jealous of Tom's wealth." 黎形容。

tense ok, 但意思錯.
Wealth , 係代表財富, 可以係講學識內涵, 亦可以講錢財.
但你既意思係講賺錢, 賺錢, 係 earn money, making money

The present perfect continuous began in the past, has extended up to the present and may continue in the future We purposely use the tense to express impatience in the process.
eg:-
I have been jealousing Tom for his more wealth,lesser skill to whom I wish I had.
