2. 下面邊個講法先啱?

a. The film was worth seeing.

b. The film was worth being seen.

Whether active or passive,(1a and 2a are correct choices to be correct.)
"worth"=predicate adj to describe noun
or verb in --ing
(1a)---pred.adj:-There was nothing worth stealing.
---------------------It is not worth more than $2.
---------------------I paid $500 for this cooker but it's worth much less !
---------------------An Apple is not worth the paper it's printed on.
---------------------Queuing up for only 30 min.,I found that it was worthwhile the time ipad 8 needed .
(2a)verb in --ing means giving a satisfactory or rewarding return for:-

worth 之後要加noun 或者 verb+ING

That novel is not worth reading . 那部小說不值得一讀。

The exhibition is worth a visit . 這展覽值得一看。
