if i get an associates in the arts in community college will i register as a junior in a university?

Im trying to transfer to UNT with an associates degree in the arts. When i transfer to UNT will i be considered a junior? Is it easier ti transfer to a university with an associates degree than without one?

Yes, you will be a junior. It depends upon the university as to whether it is easier or not with an AA. Universities do not give AA's and usually just look at your transcript but some may prefer an AA.
