Blackberry 密碼最後第五次機會

我的型號是9000,前4次密碼不符,現在是最後一次機會,想問如果失敗有什麼後果,它顯示資料失去是什麼意思,現在要先輸入blackberry後才輸入密碼,另外我怎麼才能重置密碼呢?請幫幫忙。

if that still incorrect on the last chance, then the BlackBerry will ask you to wipe the handset (fully), then afterwards, you can reset your handset as new
