在外地買土地要注意什麼?在日本定美國買土地投資值博?

其實係完全唔值博,但我唔知點解你有呢類想法,所以好難判斷.

首先係年期同埋使用權利,呢d野香港都會有,譬如要交地租,其他係稅率,譬如日本好似要比資產增值稅,香港就唔使,又好似譬如萬一你死左留比後人,香港就唔使遺產稅,美國同日本都好似要,即係要搬現金去比稅,另外匯率又係問題,譬如日元如果係長期下跌,計計埋埋可能倒蝕.

我真係唔知你為咩,譬如自用就可以唔理咁多,但純粹投資角度,既然你咁問,即係你都唔係太清楚,唔清楚既野本身就已經唔值博.

當然係要留意當地政府有無限制外國人購買土地, 土地有無不良記錄, 要温律師確認!!!
