I've just had a little bit of bacon and I needed a poo not long after it happens all the time I've had meat and gives me bad belly ache? Am I allergic to meat?

Nitrites that are used to preserve bacom and some meats.

Sounds like you are allergic to the nitrates in the bacon...get a simple blood test for meat.
