Creatine question ? 10pts?

Would you notice any difference in size taking 5g of creatine a day but on a calorie deficit of 400-500 calories and doing weights and eating enough protein each day ? Or is that not enough and if your not doing enough training is it gonna make you look fat ?

Yes 5g of creatine is perfect the pro bodybuilders only do 10 tops. But it sucks tons of water into your muscles and give you that puffy uncut look. It will make you look way bigger even on a low calorie diet. Creatine helps build muscle and Lose fat and prevent muscle breakdown. I would just use the creatine for a while to build muscle and lose weight then stop to flush all the water weight out and give you the cut look once you develop the muscle. Or you can cycle the creatine five day on and two days off to prevent the puffy look too. There's many ways to cycle creatine. Like I said creatine doesn't make you fat it just floods your body full of water and just makes you look fat. Just try and avoid that. Drink at least two Gallons of water a day will also prevent the puffy look and still give you the other benifits.

All creative does is give you a temporary burst of energy. This allows you to work your muscles longer so you break down more fibers.

That said, size comes from breaking down muscles and rebuilding them. Protein supports that. You will probably see some gains, but not as much as without the deficit.
