Which UC should I go?

I get admitted by both UCLA(Major: Sociology) and Berkeley(Econ), most of my friends told me to go to Berkeley (they think Berkeley is a better school, actually I don't know why they will think like that), but I really don't know I can handle that massive workload in Berkeley or not? I really think UCLA fits me, because it's a very diverse university, but if I go to Berkeley, I think I can do nothing except study. Can anyone help me out? (For my future) What do you guys think which university I should go? It's a dilemma for me to make this decision.
