英文句型文法解釋

play是一個action verb，會因發生的時間不同，而採用適當的時態，用played是過去簡單式，表示這個行為是發生在以前（這種狀況，通常還會加上時間座標，如yesterday／last night等），如果是目前正在發生，則應用現在進行式She is playing....，如果指的是能力，因為不受時間影響，一直都是如此，就可以寫成: She can play the piano beautiflly.（用現在簡單式）。

simple past tense=played, continuous tense=is playing,
In simple past tense, the various status be added eg:yesterday, last week, last month, last year at the Concert -egg- stadium- hall.
to play the piano means "Miss Imogen Cooper to play the piano", means "She plays the piano"., means" She plays the piano beautifully"((adverb means lovely, splendidly, gracefully, magnificently.)
the relation:-adverb is word added to verb, adjective, or other adverb to modify meaning adverbially.
