I'm feeling so fatttt! :'(?

Hey I'm 14 years old girl
My weight is 55 height is 153
I'm on diet I do 5 times a week treadmill one hour and i lose 4 kg
But I want my all fat goes can i ?
My BMI is 30%
I want it 22 %
Any solution or its good ?
Btw my diet I eat everything not diet but in smal portion

The most natural way of losing weight is to exercise. Exercising helps reduce the extra fat in the body and at the same time makes a person healthier.

There appears to be many things about Diet & Fitness that you don't understand. I don't mean that as an insult, since many of the people that answer the questions here don't know, either. The good news is that if your weight is 55 and you are 153 tall your adult BMI score is not 30%, but 23.5. You may not know that the BMI is a way of estimating the body fat, not a measurement of body fat, thus if you can get an actual measurement it will be more accurate. The BMI is the most commonly used method of estimating body fat of adults by the medical profession. For children they use a percentile to determine if you are overweight. Your BMI of 23.5 puts you in the 86th percentile for girls, which is overweight. To get it down to average for a girl your age and height you need to get it around 45-45.5 kg.

Be careful about what you eat in your diet because that probably affects your weight regain. For example do you eat foods rich in saturated fats? Or do you prefer butter over jam? Things like that

Also your exercise pattern seems fine and the results look promising - 4 kg as you would say. More variable exercises such as hiking, cycling, swimming, rope-jumping etc. can help lose fat in different regions of your body.

However keep in mind your body fat shouldn't be "all gone" because they play an important role in your body. For example some fat is needed to protect your stomach and liver, while some are needed as a "backup energy reserve" in case one day you come across an emergency and is close to starving.

Last to say is that you should first learn about the causes of your "fat"ness. Is it because of unhealthy eating habits back when you were younger? You should know this better than anyone. Or, is it due to unhealthy eating habits today? Or, is it just inherited? Some people are born fat and so it should be LESS of a concern to them.

Anyways ask your family doctor for more professional advice, if needed, when you visit him/her during your next illness (which I hope is not soon!)

You are not fat just eat healthy and exercise regulary . find motivation for doing this because you wont give up on it and you will enjoy doing it and you will also lose weight and feel better about yourself

Diets dont work, they make you even fatter. look up the scientific facts, if you go on a diet your body makes it harder to loose weight, just eat healthy foods every once in awhile
