我在2015年3月20日在巴黎拉法葉百貨購買兩支Blancpain錶,於2015年4月2日搭乘11點35分CI64班機由奧地利維也納機場離開,4月3日6點5分抵達台灣。
在維也納機場辦理退稅事項,其中在法國巴黎拉法葉百貨公司所購買的兩隻Blancpain手表在申請退稅時,原已蓋了退稅章,後又因價值較高要求看所購買之手表及保修卡。我們也非常配合的拿出手錶及保修卡給海關人員檢視,後來海關人員又要求我們先出關再去退稅,所以把原先已蓋章之退稅單的章用筆劃掉,我們至少問了五次以上詢問我們是不是只要拿退稅申請單、手錶及保修卡,證件檢驗出關後的海關人員辦理退稅蓋章就可以,還是要準備其他資料?海關人員表示只要退稅申請單及所購買之手表和保修卡即可。與海關人員確認多次所要準備的資料及所購物品無誤後,我們就將其餘資料收入行李箱託運,攜帶海關人員所告知的資料及商品辦理出關手續後再至退稅處辦理退稅。但此處海關人員態度非常不友善,我們將退稅申請單及所購之手表和保修卡讓他檢查,但是他不看這些並且用很兇惡的口氣說他要看我付錢的刷卡單其餘他都不要。我告知要出關前仔細問原來蓋退稅章海關人員,重新入內辦退稅所需的資料及準備的物品是否只要退稅申請單、手錶及保修卡問了五次以上他都說YES,其他的資料都不需要。所以我們才會將刷卡單的資料放進托運行李中。但當我告知此海關人員剛剛的海關人員告訴我們只要準備這些就可以辦理退稅,不需要其他資料。因為他給的錯誤訊息導致此海關人員要求的刷卡單已在托運行李中,我無法取得。他不接受這個說法,他說你沒刷卡單,這些資料及物品他都不認,不給我們辦理蓋章並退稅。

I bought two Blancpain watches from Galeries Lafayette of Paris on March 20, 2015. I left the EU by flight CI64 of Chinese Airline, departing from Vienna International Airport of Austria at 11:35 on April 2, 2015 and arriving Taiwan at 6:05 on April 3, 2015.

During the course of VAT refund at the Vienna Airport, the customs officer had stamped the refund form for the two Blancpain watches (that I purchased at Paris Galeries Lagayette), before he asked me to show the watches and their warranty cards, in view of their expensive prices.
