如女慵架單車揰到人架車，僱主有否責任賠償？

簡單講啦,如果架單車係由僱主提供,咁就有責任.

當然仲有細節位,譬如應該先攪清楚所謂責任既問題,就算係單車撞到私家車,私家車都未必岩哂(假設架私家車泊左係單車徑上面咁啦),咁責任就會按百分比計算賠償,維修$1000,各佔50%責任,咁即係$500.

民事係唔同刑事,民事係好講求責任與疏忽,以狗繩為例,如果根本就冇提供狗繩比工人,或者係個工人冇帶,或有帶冇用,呢d就係考慮狗主本身要負幾多責任而影響判決.

When necessary, contact the police, as there is no information to suggest who is at fault.

In many instances, bicycle is usually NOT at fault.
