There is only one common way to annul a court order for bankruptcy - you repay all debts with interests (including those get discharged by bankruptcy).
The issue is properties usually have mortgages. To annul the bankruptcy order, you must also repay the mortgage as well (as there is no bank willing to resume the mortgage). Until this can be handled, the lien can't be removed.
