May you please give me a hand to urge your client to confirm if the documents are approved? I need the confirmation before I can go to apply for the C/O wich I have to do rightaway, in order to provide it along with the flight, or we have to postpone to later flight.

Please push hard for confirming the documents. I want it to apply for c/o , or it will be late delivery.
