So I borrowed a friend's game to install the dlcs(mall three).
I installed them and opened the game using his cd. There I have to make a new account, but it shows the dlcs are added
I en used my game and checked it. Turns out my account is there, but the dlcs aren't added.
What do I do??

And, if you did get them to work your friend will lose the use of them.
Only one account may use a STEAM registered game, or component.

There are methods that exist that prevent you from stealing software.

The DLC would have been registered to your friends account, so they can't be used by anyone else.
