Could a brain hemorrhage happen if you are young?

Im 20 years old and im very concerned over my health.What are the chances i could have a hemorrhage at my age?

I asked my mom and she told me that my family on both sides have never had any hemorrhages or anyerisms at all. But (im sorry if this is too much info. I am trying to be as clear as possible (: ) i have been constipated for 3 or 4 days or so and i managed to go today but i strained, and now i havea migraine that has been going on for the last few hours and it got me worried all over again.

So, what are the chances i could have a hemorrhage if i strained myself but i am young and have no family history of it?
