Is it legal for a pharmecist to be on medications themselves?

Legal, over the counter medications and medications prescribed by their doctor, of course. Why wouldn't they be allowed to?

If they have been prescribed by a doctor of course it is OK.If they are sampling the merchandise(so to speak) I would question that.

Yes, of course it is. Why ever not?!? They're human beings; they get sick just the same as the rest of us.

Here at least, they're not supposed to self prescribe those medications that are 'pharmacy only', but, well, let's just say there are almost certainly fewer pharmacists self prescribing than their are doctors who are up to that trick.

Pharmacists are the experts when it comes to medications. If you don't trust them then you shouldn't trust anyone where medications are concerned.

Yes, a Pharmacist is human just like you and me. Over the counter meds, or prescribed by their doctor.

YES. Would you prefer they be sick & give you your Rx with the wrong pills in the bottle. I think not !!

Don't see why not so long as the medications aren't affecting their judgment.
