I am a form 5 student finding an approprite University degree. I know there are many BBA students who want to work in big 4 accounting firm. May I know what is the salary offer of those companies? which accounting firm offers the best package?

For associate post, monthly salary now is $12,000-$13,000. The salary is more or less the same in other Big4.

People want to join Big4 because of:
- good career prospect after obtaining CPA qualification, but now it is not a must. Even a single job vacancy would have many competitors, some have Big4 experience.
- Fast salary increase. You could earn 30K if you work for 3 years and earn CPA qualifications. But career promotion would not be easy, although salary is very attractive. Your working hours would be longer after your promotion. Note that your working hours is already long when you worked as junior in peak season.
