我守宵禁令一些問題

1. No. You must be at your home (the address you have reported to the court).

2. It is not related as this deals with your bail condition. A curfew order is one of the condition.

3. No. However, if you are caught on the street, you can be arrested immediately.

4. You will be found contempt of the court at first, which usually results in immediate imprisonment.

The rest depends what exactly the court has imposed against you for the condition of your release.

1. 祇準逗留係屋企,一踏出門口半步即違反法庭禁令

2. 出國......先向法庭申請解禁令,不過一般都唔批

3. 會,隨時警署打電話或有警察上門查你

4. 拉得即時監禁,兼加多一條違反法庭頒令罪
