我宜家睇緊一個籌款節目，當睇到善款數目去到一萬蚊，然後立即講"Ten thousand dollars have just been collected." 有無問題。

The grammar has no issue.But the word "collected" is incorrect as the money is not yet received.
You can say "Ten thousand dollars have just been reached."
