由香港帶入深圳,入境時則需持購貨單往深圳海關報稅~o^

It depends on how you buy it.

According to Trade and Industry Department (TID), computers for personal use usually do not require an import or export license:

The issues is Core i7 4th generation (or above) exceeds the limit exempted (1.5 WT).

If you buy a configured computer (manufacturer or self-install), in most of the case you will be fine. However, if you are buying a standalone CPU back to Hong Kong for self-installation, then you probably need a license.

You will need to check with TID to avoid any potential issues.
