There are four people in my family and my mom and dad sister . My family is joy.

這句話翻成中文是 ==》我家裡和我媽和爸爸姐姐一共四個人。我的家是喜樂。

你說有沒有錯?

There are four members in our family: my parents, my sister, and I (口語的話就用me). We are very happy together.

"My family is joy" might not express "家人相處和樂融融" properly, but grammatically, nothing wrong. Besides, as a foreigner in US, when you say that, American can still understand it as "my family is joyful"
