我媽媽頭先七點 半叫我禁晒d制佢，我宜家禁左一少部份制，媽媽宜家問我禁d制既情況，我答佢"I have been pressing buttons." ，請教下大家在這個情況下用現在完成進行式有無唔妥。

It shows the action of pressing began in the past,has exteneded up to the present and may continue in the future.
eg:-I have been pressing buttons 7:30am,may continue to press the rest soon lee..

I am still pressing the buttons - this is better and your mother knows that you are still doing it and have not yet finished.
I have been pressing buttons.since half past seven - this is also correct and mother will know that you are still doing it and have not yet finished.
