1. the sum of two consecutive is greater than 35. find the smallest values of the number
let two consecutive is x,x+1
x+(x+1)>35
2x>34
x>17
x=18
so two consecutive is 18,19

2. if the sum of x, x+4, x+8 is less than 97, find the graetest value of the largest number
x+(x+4)+(x+8)<97
let the largest number=y , then x+9=y
(y-8)+(y-4)+(y)<97
3y<109
y<109/3
y<36.33
so the graetest value of the largest number=36

3. Bom thinks that "if a>b and c>d , then a+d>b+c" to point out that the opinion of Bom is wrong. give a set of values f a, b , c and d such that a>b , c>d and a+d>b+c

if a>b and c>d
but c>a & b>d
then a+d<b+c

if a=10,b=8,c=8,d=7[ a>b , c>d]
a+d=17>8+8>b+c
