Is there something wrong with my Zelda Windwaker game? Is it glitching?

I have the Legend of Zelda: the Windwaker HD for the WiiU. I couldn t figure out how to climb up a ladder that didn t go all the way to the ground, so I looked up a walkthrough. There s supposed to be a crate next to the ladder, but there wasn t one there. I tried using a barrel, but it didn t work. It is a brand new print copy from Target. Is it a glitch or what?

You might have to back track. Zelda games do these kind of things if you didn't acquire a specific item or do a specific action/quest.

You probably have to find a crate to push into place. Look around the room.

Sadly yes its most likely your game-save so you may need to restart you save it may be corrupted.
