2. 我有左改名契去換身分證要帶咩資料？
3. 去passport要帶咩資料？
4. 換回鄉證要帶咩資料？

你須帶同出生紙及身份證,前往居住區的民政署宣誓,然後拿着宣誓紙到入境處重新申請新的身份證.如你還不到法定年龄,要父母陪同前往.
