本人17歲，仲返學，成績尚算好，於ig售賣假波鞋3個月左右，每次都同d客說明系高仿，某日交收波鞋被海關捉到。先知道原來香港唔可以售賣假波鞋嗎，就算說明系高仿都唔得，自以為ig甘多人賣高仿，肯定都得，先知原來犯法。被海關捉後，跟住上屋穩到2雙波鞋。跟住錄口供，系差館比500￥保釋。依家等下一次去差館報到，如果驗出系假波鞋，就會被告。如果真系被告了，要賠幾多錢，通常系咪按波鞋原價賠錢？是否要坐監？或者女童院等？系咪會留案底？可否不留？寫求情信系咪會好d？可否於求情信中請法官儘量不留我案底?求情信點寫好？系咪越多人寫越好？到法庭後，穩當值律師幫忙，系咪一定會有律師的？

Things done in reliance on registration of design
�
The copyright in an artistic work is not infringed by anything done—
(a)� in pursuance of an assignment or licence made or granted by a person registered under
the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) as the registered owner of a
corresponding design; and
(b)� in good faith in reliance on the registration and without notice of any proceedings for
the cancellation of the registration or for rectifying the relevant entry in the register of
designs,
and this is so notwithstanding that the person registered as the registered owner was not the owner
of the design for the purposes of that Ordinance.
