How do you feel, knowing that genetic testing is being forced on people in America today that commit any type of felony?

Source please? I know that in many places, they take DNA samples to have on record, but I have not heard of any genetic testing being done. Can you provide the source for your claim?
Neutral. Because I happen to be aware that there's a huge difference between DNA sequencing (mapping person's a genome at specific locations) and the biochemical tests (studying the chemical processes) required for detecting the presence of genetic diseases or mutant forms of genes.
It is disturbing, but DNA is considered a genetic fingerprint. Police have been collecting fingerprints for a long time, when being booked.
I feel fine, because that isn't true at all.
If you commit a felony, why should you have rights? This may help solve unsolved crimes. DNA evidence is often found at a crime scene, but if theres no suspect to match the evidence with, it may go unsolved.
DNA sequence testing on felons may help.
Its not "cruel or unusual punishment" either. All they need for DNA sequencing is a mouth swab.
