Ground service agents requires to have clearance from Hong Kong Police as their jobs involve restricted areas.

Hong Kong Police unlikely approve clearance with any criminal background.

On that basis - airlines or ground service companies choose to avoid hiring people with criminal background.

因為怕人地(有案底的人)會再做錯事

我覺得政府唔應該唔請佢地

政府又叫d人要接納他人,

但佢地做唔到我事,

又有咩資格叫我地去做呀

投考公務員就不能,但地勤要看您犯了什麼罪留案底,例如偷竊,非禮,傷人等嚴重罪,雖然無明文規定,但一定不會錄用。
