Disobeying park sign summons?

I got a summons for disobeying a park sign in New York (Queens) but I am 16 and have a learners permit only. If i plead guilty then will that go on my record forever? How bad is something like that on a record?

You need to look at the ticket , see what it says or go to court , at 16 not sure what all is done, with adults, first and minor offenses such as parking violations usually mean paying a Fine and taking online safety driving courses to keep it off their record and to avoid points that cause auto insurance premiums to rise !

So do you think that being 16 or only having a learners permit rules do not apply to you? Sorry but they do! Any record is bad, it can restrict you showing others you do not obey the law...so anyone wishes to check your record will know
