What benefits does a web designer get?

If you live in a civilized country you already have health insurance. In the USA, we're becoming almost civilized, except that the Refucklicans are trying to keep us from having health insurance.

Anyway, whether or not you get benefits isn't determined by what field of work you go into. Some web designers get benefits; others don't. It depends on what contract you sign with your employer. And the employer writes the contract, unless you are a really high-powered designer who can negotiate your own terms.

It depends on who, if anyone, the web designer works for (many web designers are self-employed). The employer calls the shots.
