關於形容詞的幾種說法

We were excited about the baseball game.
The baseball game was exciting to us.
除了這兩者還有其他說法嗎?
如果我說
The baseball game made us excited.
可以嗎?

ym 你好你說的這些我知道，但我不是問這個 make除了有祈始句的用法外，還引導情緒的部分 He makes me happy. 所以The baseball game makes us excited. 應該是可以的吧? 但是我在書中只看到另外兩種表示方式，所以有疑問

終於有補充感謝 ym你好謝謝你的提醒，我有弄錯，可是我有加 The，所以是限定"這一場"球賽，後面應該用 made才對但如果是所有球賽都讓我很興奮，應該沒有The 最後請問你知道現在完成式的說法可以嗎? 謝謝

你好：
要把動詞當形容詞用的時候，(V 動詞)+ed 是用來形容人; (V 動詞)+ing 是用來形容事物，所以 We were "excited" （形容人） & The baseball game was "exciting" （事物）.

He makes me happy. => 可以。
He makes me cry. => 可以（常有這樣的歌詞;-))
The baseball game made us excited. => 可以。
至於The baseball game "makes" us excited. => 如果是現在式，就表示是（泛指）棒球賽都可以使我們興奮。這樣的話應該寫成：
The baseball games (always/usually) make us excited. （棒球賽用複數）

(1)were excited=passive, adj cl., past participial used adjectivally,
(20was exciting=past continuous,; exciting=present participle=used adjectivally,
(3)(has made)=present participle; excited=past participle used adjectivally;
Hence:-The basketball game has made us excited.
